1. Can you Escape from Breakout Liverpool?

At Breakout Liverpool you have 60 minutes to escape from a locked room by working as a team, finding the hidden clues and solving some fiendish puzzles.

With no less than 12 different rooms to choose from, each with its own unique and exciting scenario, and varying levels of difficulty, you'll want to go back again and again.  Here are just a few of the options available:

Sabotage:  Go behind enemy lines to sabotage a missile strike that threatens the whole world.

The Detective Office:  A young detective has been murdered, and you're in the frame.  Can you find out who killed him and why?  (There are two copies of this room - larger groups can book both rooms, split into two teams and race to escape).

Vacancy:  You book into your hotel at the end of a long journey, but when you put your bag on the bed, a 60-minute countdown begins.  You try the door but it's locked!  You've checked in, but will you ever check out?

Try your hand at one of the earliest lumberjack sports - axe throwing!

An unusual and fun activity - and an exciting challenge.  You'll get a full briefing from Timberjacks' friendly staff before each game, and it's great fun improving your technique in search of that elusive bullseye.

There's confectionary, snacks and hot and cold drinks available to buy, but for obvious reasons, alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

Sessions are 45, 60 or 75 minutes long.  Why not give it a try?

11. Go Golf Crazy with Junkyard Golf

With loud music, flashing lights and lots of UV - this isn't like your grandpa's golf.

There are three crazy golf courses to choose from:

Gary - Visit Gary's scrap metal, putt through the UV disco room under the glitterballs and try for a hole-in-one under the lights.

Pablo - Golf in the jungle littered with the skulls of those who played before you.  Avoid the pirate boats and UFC bears or you might share their fate.

Bozo - This might be the scariest golf course around - a fairground nightmare with a hall of mirrors, a Ferris wheel and the scariest clown you'll ever meet on a golf course.

Junkyard Golf also has bars serving beer, spirits and a great range of cocktails and soft drinks.
