The Blackpool Tower Eye

Blackpool Tower is the iconic 518-foot landmark visible throughout the town. Built in the style of the Eiffel Tower, it was completed in 1894.

The viewing area near the top of the tower, known as The Blackpool Tower Eye, offers stunning views of the north west of England.

On a clear day, you can see the Lake District, Liverpool and the Isle of Man.

If you're feeling brave, you can walk out onto the viewing platform, made of 5cm thick glass and look down to the promenade 380ft below.
