Hotham's Gin School and Distillery

Rock Up Hull

With walls over 8 metres tall and more than 70 different challenges, there's plenty of indoor climbing action to enjoy at Rock Up Hull.

Rock Up believe that climbing is for everyone - and that includes adults.

Climbing increases strength, burns calories, promotes better balance and most of all, it's exciting and fun.

Test your balance and bravery on the Stairway to Heaven and face the challenge of the 26ft vertical drop slide.

Re-fuel at The Summit Café, the on-site coffee shop where you can get delicious coffee and a selection of cakes and sweets.

If you're organising a team-building event then Rock Up Hull is an ideal venue. They cater for all abilities and fitness levels for a day of goal-setting, teamwork and personal growth.


Hull Ice Arena

Whether you're a complete beginner or an accomplished skater, Hull Ice Arena is the place to go for skating fun.

The region's only Olympic-sized rink has plenty of space for you to hone your skills.

They also run a variety of public skating sessions and offer Learn to Skate classes too.

The Ice Arena is also home to several ice hockey clubs from amateurs seeking new members to semi-professional clubs.

After your skating session, you can warm up and get a drink or a bite to eat in the café.

Enjoy a modern swimming experience in the stunning surroundings of this recently refurbished Grade II listed Victorian building.

As well as the beautiful Victorian swimming pool, there are two state-of-the-art fitness suites, one for cardio and the other for weights, and a brand-new sauna and steam room.


Teamsport Indoor Karting

TeamSport has a challenging 400-meter-long multilevel track that will test the skills of even the fastest drivers.

State-of-the-art Eco electric karts can reach 40 mph and lap the track in 45 seconds.

Teamsport offers everything from small group events for adults to a full Grand Prix package, corporate team-building events and stag and hen parties.

There is also the Putt Club – a challenging motorsport-themed crazy golf attraction on the same site.

Teamsport Hull has a fully-stocked bar with a new food and drink menu including light bites, pizzas, burgers, or a delicious all-day breakfast.


Escape Room Hull

Escape Room Hull gives you the choice of four challenging themed escape rooms:

  • The Lab – Inspired by TV show “Breaking Bad”, your mission is to make a trade for the dangerous scientific genius that has hired your team. You must succeed or he won’t be happy.
  • The Aviator's Study – Set in the 1920s, your team is trapped in Amy Johnson's study. Solve the puzzles and crack the codes in order to get out.
  • The Bank Job – This is your chance to rob a bank! Solve the puzzles needed to get into the vault, then steal as much loot as you can, but don’t get caught by the police!
  • Prison Break – You’re locked up! Work with your gang to make your escape from jail. Teams of 2 to 6 play together and teams of 7 to 12 compete in a race to escape.

Escape rooms are ideal for a corporate team-building activity or great fun for a party or just a night out with friends.


Lost City Adventure Golf Hull

Lost City Adventure Golf is an exotic golf adventure in the heart of Hull.

There are two Inca-themed courses to explore:

In Cobra Canyon you'll need to keep your nerve and avoid the dangerous jungle visitors.

Sneak past the greedy 'gator, watch out for creepy crawlies and you’ll discover how Cobra Canyon got its name. The final challenge is to get a hole-in-one in the Inca Temple.

Skull River sees you navigating treacherous paths past magical trees, and a skull-ridden stream before you encounter the Monkey God and the final hole challenge to win the Inca gold.

When you finish your round, why not explore the Tiki Bar and the range of freshly made pizzas, great choice of cocktails and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks?

Gravity Fitness Classes Hull

If you want to keep fit, but you wish it could be more fun, then Gravity Trampoline Park in Hull has just the thing.

Hull Karting

There’s nothing quite like outdoor karting for that authentic motorsport experience.

The track at Hull Karting is 650 metres of special high-grip racing tarmac that allows karts to average 35mph over each lap of the twisty circuit.

Adults will drive the 200cc Biz Evo 3 karts which can reach 40mph and have plenty of power out of the corners.

Adults Open Karting sessions allow you to book and drive in one or two 30-minute sessions.

There are even dual-drive-karts available for friends or family who want to drive together.

Hull Karting can host your work outing, birthday party, stag/hen do or team-building exercise for an exciting and unforgettable event.


Take The Exit

Take the Exit has three themed escape rooms in Hull's Old Town:

  • Trials of Osiris – Famous archaeologist Howard Carter investigated The Trials of Osiris, but could not solve the ancient Egyptian mystery. Your team are attempting to succeed where he failed, but you've become trapped in a pyramid. Can you solve the puzzles and decode the clues before the sands of time run out?
  • The Chapel – Several nuns have recently committed suicide amid rumours of demon worship and ritual sacrifice. Can your team investigate the mysterious goings-on and find the truth or will you be trapped in the chapel forever?
  • Doll House – Lucy Mason has disappeared. Your team of experts in the paranormal have the task of investigating. Lucy's house is now abandoned and lies empty, except for creepy dolls that started to appear after Lucy went missing. Can you solve the mystery and escape with your lives?


Funstation Hull

Funstation Hull is an entertainment centre packed with fun activities, conveniently located in St. Stephens Shopping Centre.

There's a wide range of fairground and arcade machines to enjoy, as well as the excitement of Laser Station and the fun of Highway 66 Mini Bowling.

At Funstation Hull you won't need pockets full of coins for the carnival and arcade machines - just load your card at the kiosk and swipe or tap to play!


Game of Throwing - Hull

Experience the thrill of axe throwing at Game of Throwing.

Each group has their own throwing lane, so you can compete with your friends.

Players get 15 minutes of training from an expert coach so that everyone knows how to throw an axe safely and hit the target - then it's on with the game!

Game of Throwing has packages to suit every occasion and size of your group.

Belong Hull

Keen gamers interested in esports and casual gamers alike will enjoy visiting Belong Hull's state-of-the-art gaming arena.

The arena has lots of super-powerful gaming PCs as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles with fast displays and high-quality peripherals.

You can pay by the hour or buy a day pass and play all day.

Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club

Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club's mission is to make every comedy night they run an amazing experience for everyone who attends.

Laugh Out Loud has booked famous comedians such as John Bishop and Sarah Millican before they hit the big time. They continue to book some of the funniest up-and-coming comedians working in stand-up today.

They also book famous comedians you'll recognise from TV shows like "Mock the Week", "8 out of 10 Cats", "Have I Got News For You" and "QI".

Hollywood Bowl Hull

Hollywood Bowl in Hull has everything you need for a fun night out.

There are 26 bowling lanes, or splash out and choose the VIP lanes with comfy seats and your own private area for that superstar feeling.

The Hollywood diner has tasty American-themed food like burgers and hot dogs to choose from.

The Hollywood Bar is a great place to relax after your game.

There's even an arcade with driving games and some classic pool tables.

Escape Hull

Escape Hull will lock you in a room and you only have 60 minutes to escape. Can you rise to the challenge of their themed game rooms?

There are 6 fiendishly tricky rooms on two sites.

In Dock Street, there is:

  • The Cabin - You're lost in the woods when you see a cabin. You go in. Was that wise? Can you get out again?
  • Escape the Seven Seas - Locked in the brig with your crew, can you escape and steal the treasure from the Captain's chamber without getting caught?
  • The Darker Side of Hull - Your team is on the night shift in Hull's History Museum where people have been disappearing. Solve the mystery from Hull's dark past before you become its latest victim!

In Parliament Street, there is:

  • Witchcraft and Wizardry - You must enrol in this magical school within the hour - but someone has hidden your wand. Explore the castle to find your wand before the bell rings.
  • Operation Odyssey - The crew of the spaceship Odyssey are stranded on a lunar mission with a meteor shower only an hour away. Can you repair the ship before it's too late?
  • 221B Baker Street - The Scarlet Study - Holmes and Watson have been accused of murder and locked up. Search their Baker Street study and solve the clues that will clear their names.


Tower Tour by Hull Minster

Hull Minster is a well-known local landmark, but did you know that you can climb the tower?

On a Tower Tour, you can:

  • Climb the 180-step spiral staircase
  • Visit the bell chamber where the bells still ring out over Hull
  • See the clock mechanism close-up
  • Enjoy panoramic views of Hull, the East Yorkshire Wolds and the Humber Estuary

Your tour will last between 1 and 1 1/2 hours and afterwards you're free to explore the rest of the Minster with a self-guided tour you can download to your smartphone.


Big Fun - Adult Nights

Big Fun Hull is a huge play centre with slides, rope walkways, trampolines, rope swings, tumble towers, a slither chicane and more. There's even a sheer drop slide if you're brave enough to try it!

So what's it doing in this collection of fun things to do for adults?

Well, Big Fun know that it's not just kids who like to have fun - so they do an "Adults Only" night every Friday Night, for over 18s only.

The bar's open all evening with a range of drinks including the Double Vodka Slush, and a selection of snacks and hot food.

There are also private party rooms available to book, so your group can have an exclusive space to themselves.


Hull Hidden Gems Tour & Treasure Hunt

With more than 60 inter-connected trampolines, an airbag, a dodgeball court and a Ninja assault course, all with festival-style music and lighting, there's lots to enjoy at Rebound Trampoline Park.

A trampoline park is fun for all ages, that's why Rebound Trampoline Park has "Open Bounce" sessions and "Fitness Sessions" where adults are welcome.
