Everyone knows that Cornwall, with its temperate climate and beautiful beaches, is a great family holiday destination.

If you're a thrill-seeker with a head for heights, you'll want to visit Hangloose Adventure at the Eden Project.

Skytrek is a treetop adventure high ropes and aerial trekking course that will test your head for heights to the limit. There are 20 challenging elements like tree nets and balances to overcome before your trek ends with a thrilling zipline ride back to ground level.

Skywire is the fastest zipline in England! You'll reach 60mph as you soar over the treetops enjoying the magnificent views of the Eden Project below. There are two parallel wires so you can even share the experience with a friend.

Gravity is a zero-gravity swing that offers a ride you'll never forget. Dropping 15 metres at 50mph it's breath-taking! Are you brave enough to ride this giant swing?

Big Air offers you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to channel your inner stunt person and jump off an 8-metre platform onto a giant airbag. It's up to you how high you dare to go, but you must be 18+ to jump off the top platform.

You can choose a single activity, or buy an activity package for 2, 3 or all 4 exciting activities.

FootballGolf is an exciting cross between two of Britain's favourite sports and you can try it in Cornwall in the UK's first FootballGolf park.

The game is played like golf, but instead of using a club, you kick a football and try to complete your round in as few kicks as possible.

There are two courses to choose from: "Parkland" is on level ground, and "Hillside" is on undulating terrain for those looking for a challenge.

Large outdoor and covered picnic areas are provided, and there's a licensed bar if you fancy a drink.

There's no need to book, just turn up and play, so why not give this exciting new sport a try?


DreadLock Escape Rooms

With three themed rooms to choose from, DreadLock Escape Rooms has a variety of challenges that will test your puzzle-solving skills.

"Let the Games Begin" is inspired by classic board games and offers a range of fiendish puzzles and a dose of 80s / 90s nostalgia too.

"Detention" sees your team kept back after school. You have 60 minutes to prove that you've been framed and escape detention.

"Witch Way Out?" is set in a witch's cabin in a spooky forest. You'll need to get into the cabin, locate the book of spells and escape within the hour.

Enterprise Boat Trips

If you want some one-on-one time with the donkeys why not book a Donkey Experience? You'll learn about the donkeys on a sanctuary tour, groom a donkey and help with mucking out.

Horrors of Falmouth Ghost Tour
