Cusworth Hall, Museum and Park has now re-opened to the public after several years of extensive restoration work.The Hall and its surrounding parkland have been transformed, with entire sections of the interior (previously in a poor state) given a new lease of life.
Stunning ceiling paintings in the Italianate Chapel have been revealed and restored, after being hidden under layers of paint for 50 years.The Great Kitchen, Bake House, Still Room and Laundry are also sometimes open to the public, giving a glimpse of what life was like 'below stairs'.
Our gift shop has a range of distinctive gifts, from jewellery and china to traditional toys and books, for a perfect souvenir of your visit.
Visitors can enjoy real country fare in the Tea Room, (located in the old stables) amidst plenty of old world charm and character.Delicious home-made cakes and pastries are available, as well as a range of snacks, specials and ice cream.
