Hamerton Zoo Park

Hamerton
Nr. Sawtry
Cambridgeshire
PE28 5RE

The Zoo Park was opened as a conservation sanctuary in 1990. It is set in 15 acres of parkland providing a safe home for a fascinating array of beautiful creatures from around the world. The Park specialises in rare , endangered and unusual animals, with over a hundred different species. Some you will not be able to see anywhere else in the country, and some you may never even have heard of.

Come into direct contact, supervised of course, with some of our tamest and most approachable animals. These could be baby Owls, giant Millipedes and Land Snails from Africa, or friendly snakes like the Boa Constrictor, who love to meet their admirers. Find out more about the animals at keeper-talk sessions at feeding time.
