Spaldwick is a pleasant village 3½ miles to the West of the A1/A14 junction at the Brampton Hut. The village lies in a valley that was created by the Ellington brook. Over the last 15 years the village has seen a great deal of expansion which has turned it into the thriving community that it is today.

At the heart of the Village are the Primary School and the George Inn. The Parish Church is also a point of interest as it boasts the tallest spire in the former county of Huntingdonshire.

Other amenities include a Petrol Station which doubles up as the village shop and a Bed and Breakfast located in the centre of the village.
