The accommodation is furnished to give a comfortable warm atmospher, with modern electric reclining sofa, large screen TV with freeview digital channels. Free WiFi.
The master bedroom has king size bed with Tempur mattress for your comfort. Ample storage for clothes and personal effects. There is an electronic safe for your valuables. Dimmable lamps at each bedside.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, which can be separated to make two small single beds suitable for children. There is storage for clothes and personal effects.
The shower room has new modern fittings including WC, washbasin and a thermostatic shower. Automatic lighting and shaver socket for 240 and 110.
The kitchen is well equipped with a multi function electric fan oven, hob, microwave and washer-dryer.
The accommodation is a self contained unit adjacent to an original Victorian Cottage in the centre of the village.
The patio area is a pleasant place to sit and relax and plan your next days events, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the village.
Parking for your car is on the drive, which can be seen from the cottage. The drive is lit at night.

Southoe is a small village situated close to the Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire border. Southoe is accessed directly from the A1 Great North Road. Heading south Southoe is approx 4.5 miles from the A14/A1 junction. Heading north Southoe is approx 4.7 miles from the A428/A1 junction. Southoe is signposted on the A1, upon entering the village remain on entry road until the St Leonards church is visible. New Found Place is the second building along from the church and clearly signed. See map. |
