The Aspinall Foundation's Howletts Wild Animal Park in Kent is a family day out where education, conservation and fun combine. Set in over 100 acres of beautiful ancient parkland, Howletts is home to some of the world's most rare and endangered animals, including the world's biggest captive group of Western Lowland gorillas, snow leopards, Iberian wolves and black rhino.
Visitors can walk among the resident family of lively Lemurs at 'Walking with Lemurs', or enjoy unforgettable close encounters at the glass fronted tiger enclosures. They can even marvel at the largest herd of African elephants in the UK.
Are you brave enough for the Treetop Challenge*? Negotiate your way across treacherous tyres, perilous tightropes, wobbly logs and balancing beams between platforms high in the tree tops. See the park from a monkey's perspective and zoom to the finish on the 40mtr Zip Wire! *Subject to additional charge, height restrictions apply.
With the Howletts Passport you can enjoy the park all year round by just opting to upgrade the standard entry ticket. Come back and enjoy an action packed line up of events throughout the year!
