Capel Garmon is a small village off the beaten track in an idyllic setting in Snowdonia.

As you approach from the A5 on a summer evening the narrow road takes you over a hill. As you reach the top, the whole of the Canarvon mountain range lies on the horizon before you with the village nestling below.

The inn provides excellent food but only in the evenings. An interesting feature is the many teapots and jugs hanging from the ceilings.

A visit to the neolithic burial chamber is well worth a short walk from the farm approach.
