Lovely video of a visit to York Minster. The video is just over 20 minutes long, so you get an excellent idea of everything there is to see, which will help you plan your own visit.
There are lots of great shots of the exterior at the beginning - which looks great in the sunshine against the blue sky!
The majority of the time is spent inside - and you get a very good impression of the awe-inspiring height of the building, and the magnificent architecture on display.
Look out for the beautiful stained glass windows, and if you're not watching the whole video, skip to 10:55 if you want to hear the Minster organ - you can hear it on much of the rest of the video, which adds to the atmosphere.
There's no commentary or captions, so you may not always know what you're seeing - but it's still an excellent introduction to the Minster, that we're sure you'll enjoy.
