Beamish Wild is a Ropes Activity Course, Birds of Prey Centre and Adventure Playground.
Experience the ultimate adrenaline rush high in the treetops, climbing through tunnel nets, jumping the 'leap of faith' and freefalling on our incredible 35ft power-fan.
Visit our resident raptors who live in large free flight avaries. Witness the power and elegance of eagles as they soar through the sky in our daily flight demonstrations.

Minimum age 10 yrs.
Minimum hieght 4'5''
Maximum weight 18 stone
Pre booking is recomended.

Beamish Wild is located just off the A1 between Durham and Newcastle upon-Tyne. We are close to the award winning Beamish Museum. Access is via the A1(M) at junction 63 (Chester-le-Street exit), then follow the signs to Beamish Museum which is approximately 4 miles away. At the Museums main entrance, turn left past Home Farm and follow the road past Beamish Golf Club. You will find Beamish Hall a further 700 yards on the left. There is ample free parking at the Hall. Follow signs for BeamishWild. |
