Lions, tigers and bears – you will find your favourite animals at Woburn Safari Park. A drive through the park, with its wide open spaces, offers you the opportunity to get an unparalleled close encounter with some of the world's most magnificent and endangered animals. It's a great day out for all the family.

Experience the thrill of being right alongside white rhino, tigers, lions and giraffes. You can also drive your car through one of Europe's largest and most diverse primate reserves, spotting three different types of monkey.

There are plenty of talks and demonstrations, where you can find out more about the animals, or watch feeding times. In the high season there are birds of prey flying demonstrations too. It's not just in the Safari Reserves that you can get close to the animals. In the Wild World Leisure Area there is the opportunity to meet the animals at Land of the Lemurs, or with squirrel monkeys at Monkey Business, wallabies at the Australian Walkabout or even feed nectar to Lories and Lorikeets at Rainbow Landing. The Mammoth Play Ark indoor play area is a winner with children of all ages.

Woburn also caters for school groups. Focused on the curriculum, interactive sessions include animal artefacts or schools can book a walk and talk tour with a Ranger.

Don't miss the new Go Ape at Woburn. Climb the trees and slide across high wires, crawl through tunnels, cross rope bridges, walk the planks and zip down to the ground! Go Ape is an award-winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides - all set high up in the trees.
