In the heart of the East Surrey countryside is the British Wildlife Centre, one of the best places in the country to see and learn about our own wonderful wildlife. The Centre has over forty different native species on display. Residents include otters, red squirrels, badgers, Scottish wildcats and beautiful birds of prey.
Much of the area is outdoors, with animals living in large landscaped enclosures that reflect their natural habitat. There are also undercover areas such as The Barn, The Hedgerow and the Observation Badger Sett. Most animals can be seen all year round whatever the weather.
Keeper Talks
The Half hourly Keeper Talks are a great way to get the most from your visit, and give you the chance to see up close many animals rarely seen in the wild. Learn about the challenges these animals face in the wild and how we can all help to preserve them and their habitats for future generations to enjoy.Facilities
