Wheathampstead Tourist Information

Wheathampstead is one of the district's most attractive villages. Wheathampstead has a well documented history dating back to pre-Roman times.

A conservation area, the High Street has the early English church of St. Helen, which has interesting memorials and brasses; the Bull pub, dating back to the 13th century, an old mill and interesting specialist and general shops.
