The McManus Collections Unit, which is housed in the former Ward Road Library Building on Barrack Street, is the new permanent home for the City's History, Archaeology and Natural History Collections.
The relocation of the Collections to this newly fitted-out facility frees up more space in the McManus Galleries and Museum in Albert Square, for improved exhibition and visitor facilities.
From birds to butterflies, coins to costumes and fossils to foreign artefacts, enjoy a fascinating 'behind-the-scenes' tour with one of our entertaining guides.
