Explore the Long Shop, built in 1852 as the first production hall in the country and meet the Garrett family including Elizabeth Garrett Anderson the first English woman doctor.
Exhibitions and displays will delight folks of all ages and includes the World War II Leiston USAAF and 1917 Zeppelin crash at nearby Theberton.

The Museum is situated near the town centre in Main Street, entance opposite the Engineers Arms car park. Free parking available on site at the rear of the building plus coach drop off point at Museum gates. From A12 follow signs for Leiston and Brown Signs for steam museum. |
