You can enjoy wonderful walks and learn about the many types of birds, insects and butterflies that live here.

The Coastguard Tea-room and gift shop provide a warm welcome when you decide to stop for a rest and something delicious to eat.

It's also worthwhile visiting Dunwich village, where you can find out how coastal erosion has caused much of this once prominent medieval port to disappear into the sea.
