Anglesey Sea Zoo |

|
The Anglesey Sea Zoo is Wales' largest marine aquarium, nestling on the shores of the Menai Strait. With over 50 species, the Sea Zoo has re-created the habitats of the fauna and flora found around Anglesey and the North Wales coastline.
From the intricacy and complexity of the invertebrates in the Bone Free Zone, your journey takes you through a Shipwreck, a walk over the Shark Pool and then on to
the wonders of the Open Ocean. The underwater camera gives you a fish's eye view of the Fish Forest looking out as well as members of your family looking in!
The Zoo staff play an active role in the conservation of seahorses worldwide by attending National Aquarium meetings and their support of the work of Project Seahorse. Supervised free Discovery Pools are available
during local school holidays with knowledgeable staff on hand who are always happy to give information and answer questions about the local area and the creatures to be found on our beaches.
The Shop has gifts to suit all ages and pockets. For that extra special something why not visit the pearls
counter and pick your own Japanese Pearl Oyster. Learn about how pearls form and have your pearl valued and set in a range of gold and silver jewellery. Outside facilities, including an Adventure Playground, Radio Controlled Boats, Aquablasta and Fun Photo Boards make Anglesey Sea Zoo a great family day out.
