Kedington is a delightful village with many amenities situated on the river Stour. There are 2 pubs within the village and comprehensive supplies can be obtained from nearby Kedington Stores.
The village boasts ample green spaces for walking and provides immediate access to the well known Stour-Way walk. A football pitch (on the meadow) and a play park will keep young children amused. There is also a Post Office, Chinese take-away, butchers and a hairdresser.
Kedington is home to one of Suffolks most important 16th Century churches St. Peter and St. Pauls which also houses a significant pagan stone cross predating Christianity.
The cottage is ideally situated for Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds & Saffron Walden all 25mins drive. Long Melford and Cambridge are slightly further. Golf course, leisure centre and cinema in Haverhill (3 miles).
Please note: There is no level access to the property (2 steps up into property) and there is a gravel driveway. One well behaved dog welcome. Additional pets by arrangement. Non smokers only.

Travelling from Haverhill into Kedington on B1061 take the third turning on the left into Kings Hill. Continue down the hill pass the Barnadiston Arms on the right, over the bridge into Silver Street. Rectory Road is the next turning on the right. The Creamery is situated at the rear of Suffolk House on the left hand side past the red brick terraced cottages.
