Sherrill Farm near Dartmoor is located between Tavistock and Launceston on the Devon and Cornwall border. It offers the perfect place to relax and unwind in the countryside or to use as a base to go off exploring this beautiful part of the world in all seasons.

CHESTNUT COTTAGE
One of the newer additions to the Sherrill Farm holiday cottage family is the renovated barn conversion Chestnut Cottage. This 4 bedroom house can sleep up to 12.

The spacious ground floor has an open plan kitchen and dining room and a spacious lounge with French doors leading out to a private patio with hot tub and lovely gardens. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The downstairs double bedroom is en-suite with a wet room and toilet making it suitable for less able guests.

Upstairs in Chestnut there are four bedrooms, two double room with 5ft beds, both are en-suite with shower over bath. The two further bedrooms are set up as triples with three single beds, both have en-suite shower rooms.

To the rear of the cottage is a lovely large garden overlooking the lakes. There is picnic tables and a BBQ provided for making the most of the nice evenings or sunny lunches.

Chestnut adjoins another cottage, Elderberry which sleeps 12-14. These two sister cottages can be booked together to accommodate up to 26 guests. The dining room in Elderberry House is even large enough to seat 26 around one table.


ROSEMARY COTTAGE
Rosemary Cottage is perfect for a large or extended family holiday. The large south facing garden has a lovely patio area and furniture making it ideal for relaxing in the sun and dining outdoors.

Downstairs Rosemary has an open plan lounge, dining room an kitchen with seating for up to 8 guests. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and wet room, which is ideal for people with disabilities.

There are three bedrooms upsairs in the cottage. The master double has a king-sized bed and pretty views. The other bedrooms are a standard double and a twin. The main family bathroom is equipped with a shower.

All the cottage at Sherrill Farm are well equipped and have been tastefully decorated. They include dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, toasters, digital TV's with Freeview, music systems and free access to WiFi.

Sherrill Farm also has a number of onsite leisiure facilities for its guests to benefit from. These include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor games barn, outdoor play area, tennis court and two fishing lakes (with rods for hire).
