The Coach House is a 2 bedroom self catering holiday cottage sleeping 4 people attached to The Old Manse. Downstairs is open plan with a solid oak floor throughout. At one end is a comfortable sitting area with fireplace with an electric fire.

There is a flat screen TV and DVD player. A large window has views across the front garden to the church next door.

A modern kitchen is installed with a double oven, electric hob, a washer-drier, fridge-freezer and dish-washer. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 4.

Both of the generous sized bedrooms have a king-size bed with Egyptian Cotton bedding — one of the beds can be separated into 2 single beds if required.

Each room has an en-suite shower room with electric Mira showers and toilet - towels are provided.

There are views to the side and back gardens from one bedroom and to the front garden from the other bedroom.

Outside within the 1.6 acre of gardens of The Old Manse is a fully fenced area of garden, set aside for use by guests of The Coach House.

Directions

If coming from the south, leave the M6 at Junction 44 taking the A7 towards Galashiels. Follow the A7 north through Longtown and over the Scottish Border. Just after you have crossed the Border take the SECOND turning on the right to Canonbie B6357. Take the first left (before going down the hill) and follow this road out of the village. it’s about 3/10 of a mile pass the post code DG14 0SZ. The Old Manse is on your left around a mile down this road, just before the Church.
From the north, take the A7 south, taking the first left turning into Canonbie B6357 after passing through the small town of Langholm.
