The living room is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating around the large multi-fuel stove.
Sky TV, Wi-Fi internet access, video recorder, DVD player, mini hi-fi and collection of CDs. The adjoining dining room will seat six adults.
There is a comprehensively equipped kitchen, large porch and a bathroom with power shower over the bath.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: One double, one twin and one single with a cabin bed suitable for a child or an agile but not too tall adult!
There is a large well-stocked garden with lawns, flowerbeds and garden furniture. Outbuildings include wood and coal stores and a large garden shed containing a barbecue and room to store bikes.
