Surrounded by a 100 acre of working farm with own coarse fishing loch for guests, at no extra charge.
Ground Floor: Spacious kitchen and dining area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge etc.
Lounge: Sitting area with wood burning stove, flat screen T.V. with freeview and DVD player.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, electric heating in the room, with en-suite large shower, toilet and basin.
Utility room: washing machine, toilet & basin.
Upstairs: 2 twin bedrooms with electric heating
Bathroom with bath toilet and basin.
Central heating apart from bedrooms.
All linen apart from your own personal towels, heating and logs included in rent.
Cot and high chair available if required. no charge.

Parking in large cemented farm yard for 2 cars entrance diectly off A710
You can walk from the door with many forest and coastal walks. Nearest beaches are Rockcliffe and Sandyhills.
There are 2 golf courses nearby and other attractions are cycling - Dalbeattie forest has one of the 7 stanes- pony treking,sailing -Kippford is home of the Solway Yacht Club.
A short drive takes you to Bird Reserves at Mearsehead and Carlaverock and Red Kite feeding station near Loch Ken.
