Montana enjoys a prime location in the delightful village of Croyde. A 3 bedroomed house along a no through road, makes it an ideal place for a self catering family holiday.

The house is only a short stroll from The Thatch pub in Croyde village, perfect for lunchtime snacks or evening meals and the children can play in the outside play area.

On arrival at Montana, you will be able to park up to 3 cars on the private driveway. Entering via the front door the Dining room is to your right, tastefully decorated with a beach theme. A large wooden dining table with 8 black padded chairs, sits perfectly by a large window, which overlooks the front garden and beautiful Rose beds.

Perfect for home entertainment.
The lounge is to your left of the entrance hallway, decorated in neutral shades with a 2 seater cream sofa and a 3 seater, LCD T.V.. DVD player, Sky package ,Wifi broadband and iPod docking station.

A small selection of DVDs, toys & games can be found in the cabinet. This room enjoys a huge window overlooking the front garden and the sunlight floods in through it, making it very bright and airy.

Along the hall is the kitchen and access to the rear enclosed spacious garden. The kitchen has all the basic equipment one might expect including a fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden is a childs delight, a vast open space of glorious grass on which to play ball games, chase and have water fights!

A large concrete area has tables & chairs for outside eating and a BBQ in the outside original brick shelter.

Returning through the kitchen and into the hall, there is a downstairs Bathroom, SO handy for young children, who cant be away from their outside play for too long! This bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bath with shower over. Decorated in beach whites, aqua tiles and driftwood shelving.

Beside the bathroom is the Second bedroom, a twin bedded room overlooking the lovely garden. Tastefully decorated in chocolate shades, with a sumptious bold gold and brown accent wall. This room also has a double sized chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets with colour co-ordinated bedside lamp.

Up the stairs is the Master bedroom having a Victorian feel; the room has a king size bed with 2 matching bedside cabinets and a large dressing table with a hair dryer.

Hanging space on the back of the door. This room looks out towards the hillside of Croyde, where you can often watch the Roylands riding stables ponies grazing and the walkers rambling across the Saunton Downs. Decorated in pastel shades of pink and cream this is a nice restful retreat.

The 3rd bedroom is a childrens bunk room, 2 sets of pine bunks, a chest of drawers, a large double wardrobe and still plenty of floor space for games and playing. Nice aqua and cream shades make this a great childrens space.

The upstairs Bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower.

Montana is an ideal place to stay for families, with easy access to Croyde beach, the village with an array of surfing shops, ice cream parlour, gift shops and a post office.

There is plenty of choice when it comes to eating, 3 pubs, a bistro, restaurant, snack bars on the beach and takeaways.
