Sunways is a delightful self contained apartment adjacent to the owners large detached house situated in the popular Roundham area of Paignton.
Paignton harbour is just a short downhill walk in one direction, with the main beach and town centre area a little further on; or in the other direction from the apartment, the coast path takes visitors down to the popular Goodrington Beach area of the town.
The main living area is laid out on the first floor, with an open plan living area, which benefits from a sea glimpse from the velux windows.
The guests to the apartment also have use of the pleasant sunny garden to the front of the main house which is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Ground Floor: Entrance hallway with stairs to first floor. Bathroom: Shower Cubicle, WC & washbasin.
First Floor: Open plan living, kitchen and dining area: TV with freeview, DVD, dining table and chairs, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice box. Bedroom 1: Twin beds.
Outside: Private off road parking. Use of owners furnished front garden.
The property is not suitable for children.
