The Oakley Wharf apartment looks out over the harbour and has access through a patio door onto the old wharf, where you can enjoy the coming and going of boats against the backdrop of the Snowdonia Mountains.
The apartment is very peaceful and private yet all the amenities of the town are a short walk away, while in the opposite direction, you can comfortably walk to the sandy coves of Borth Y Gest.
This property is well equipped with a 4 ring halogen cooker & grill, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and automatic washing machine.
There is a TV with DVD, radio & CD player.
The shower room has recently been fitted out and there is plenty of wardrobe space in the double bedroom. Reserved parking for one car is available allowing direct access to the ground floor apartment. Price includes linen, towels & electricity.
The Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway Station is just across the harbour and a short drive away is the famous Italianate village of Portmeirion. Within easy reach are the spectacular Caernarfon, Harlech, & Criccieth Castles.

The property has not been fitted out to cater for people with disability. Outdoor Facilities: Yes. Patio doors open directly onto the old slate wharf of Portmadog Harbour giving wonderful views across the water to the mountains beyond. There is a patio with outdoor seating. Local Services: 5 miutes walk to all the amenities of Porthmadog town including: Shops, pubs, restaurants, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway, Glaslyn Estuary, Local bus services and mainline railway station. |

Depending on whether you came into Porthmadog on the A487 from the North (Caernarvon Rd) or the South (across the Cob), you will need to turn either right or left off the High St. Please note as you approach the harbour the road is cobbled until you pass the yacht club on your left. The entrance to the flat is marked A on the map and is opposite a boat store. The car park has two entrances-exits. There is a marked parking space – No 6, by the flat. |
