Stay in one of our six timber lodges in a delightful woodland setting in the Heart of Kent and use it as a great touring base for exploring Kent and further afield.

Alternatively, make use of the onsite heated indoor swimming pool and games room, or relax on your own patio, with a drink and read a book in lovely peaceful surroundings, listening to the sound of birdsong.

The lodges all have 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), shower room, open-plan lounge-diner-kitchen and are fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday, including oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

The lounge has a widescreen LCD television (with Freesat channels via a Sky digibox) and an integrated DVD-CD player. An alarm clock and hair dryer are provided in the double bedroom. The lodges enjoy their own patio area with garden furniture.

The heated indoor swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of September. The Games Room includes table tennis, coin-operated table football (20p) and a rack with numerous local tourist information leaflets to help you get the most from your time in Kent and further afield.

In addition, there is a laundry room for guests to use, with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bed linen (duvets) and towels (one hand and one bath towel per person) are provided. Please bring your pool-beach towels.
Cots and highchairs are available for an additional small charge (one each per lodge) - please bring your own cot bedding.

The lodges are double-glazed. Electricity is included and there are electric panel heaters, so the lodges can be enjoyed during cooler months.

There is free parking and the owners live onsite for peace of mind.

The village of Shadoxburst is just over a mile away, with its popular pub and 13th century church and the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes drive away.

Ashford is about 4 miles away, with its many shops (including the Ashford Designer Outlet), restaurants and leisure facilities, including a cinema and bowling alley. For the golfer, there are a number of golf courses in the area.

Ashford International Station is about 10 minutes drive away, if you fancy a day out in London, or a day trip to France or Belgium travelling on the Eurostar. The Channel Tunnel is about 20 miles away, should you wish to do some duty-free shopping in France.
