Enjoy the scenery of the Cardigan Coast and beautiful beaches in the area, where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted.

The seaside towns of Aberaeron, New Quay, Aberporth and Llangrannog are within easy driving distance. Lampeter has shops, restaurants and pubs. Fishing, sailing and riding locally. Shops 2 miles.

Penty Cottage is a large spacious and cosy barn conversion. Upstairs are five double beamed bedrooms with a separate toilet.

Downstairs, is a large living room with a wood burning stove in a feature fireplace, TV with a sky package, DVD and CD player and a double sofa bed which brings the total accommodation to 12 people.

The well equipped farmhouse style kitchen and breakfast room has modern facilities.

Dining room with a large dining table. Bathroom with a separate shower room.

Outside is a large enclosed garden with a seating area and a barbecue in the out house, as well as a paddock for guests use. With ample parking to fit a number of vehicles.

All linen and towels are provided for and first basket of logs is complimentary; after that available at cost.
