This converted barn has wonderful views over South Somerset. It is situated in a beautiful village, which is in a conservation area.

The cottage is roomy and fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a welcome pack on arrival. The living room/kitchen is upstairs to maximise the view. There is a fridge, microwave and a small freezer.

The large bathroom with bath and separate shower, has a tumble dryer and washing machine.

Please note the cottage now has a large TV with freeview, DVD player and selection of DVD's.

Large patio area with a bar-b-que and garden. We live next door but entirely separate. The cottage is not overlooked and has it's own parking.

The village is a few minutes walk and boasts the Gastro Pub of the year, The Lord Poulett Arms.

There are some lovely walks and historic buildings in the village.

There are several National Trust properties nearby, including Montacute House and Lytes Cary Manor.

Lyme Regis (Jurassic Coast) is 30 minutes drive away.

Directions

From the South Petherton roundabout on the A303, take road towards Ilminster.
After approx. 1 Km take the first exit from the roundabout signposted Lopen and Marriot.
After approx 900 mtrs turn right and after a further 900 mtrs turn sharp right into Green Street. Summerhill cottage is the last house on the left. See map.
