Welcome to Walton Thorns Farm Holiday Cottages in lovely rural Leicestershire in the heart of England. Our Self-catering Cottages are ideally located in the centre of the Midlands. East Midlands Airport, Loughborough and Leicester railway stations are within easy reach. Short breaks available all year.
Old traditional courtyard buildings have been converted into three delightful four star self-catering cottages. Our comfortable and spacious cottages are ideal for those seeking holiday cottage accommodation, a country cottage weekend break, farm stay, business self catering accommodation or accommodation for visiting family and friends. Minimum stay of 2 nights with flexible arrival days.
We have three cottages for you to choose from:-
SHIRE COTTAGE sleeps 4, one king and one twin both with en-suite.
THE OLD HAY BARN sleeps 2 with one king bed and en-suite.
DAIRY COTTAGE new for 2011 sleeps 5 with one twin and a family room with double and single bed.
Sorry we do not accept pets.
FARM TRAIL AND VINTAGE TRACTOR COLLECTION
A Farm Trail for the enjoyment of guests to Walton Thorns Farm Holiday Cottages has been marked out and winds its way around the farm past ponds, woodland, hedgerows and streams.
Guided tours of our interesting collection of vintage and classic tractors including Ford, Roadless, County, International and Nuffield are available to those visitors who are interested.
