This luxury, self catering accommodation is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Fife coast, with its scenic walks and world famous golf courses, to name just a couple of the attractions.

All of the accommodation is on ground level and comprises:
A spacious double bedroom
A large lounge with a sofa which easily converts to a double bed, and a dining table and chairs.

A newly fitted kitchen, well stocked with crockery and cutlery, offering; cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

A newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath
Other facilities include TV, DVD player, CD player, iron and ironing board.

The property is ideally located in the heart of this traditional Scottish town, only a few minutes walk from the promenade and award winning beach, the links park with play area and visiting fairground, the leisure centre and swimming pool, and the high street.

The High Street has typical local amenities; shops, cafes, take-away restaurants, pubs but, as well as enjoying what's on offer in the town, you can head north and relax in some of the sleepy fishing villages up the coast or the beautiful, historic town of St. Andrew's. Alternatively head just 30 minutes south to experience the hustle bustle of Edinburgh City Centre, famous for its annual summer festival, where you'll find some of the best shopping, bars and restaurants in Scotland.

By Car:
From Kirkcaldy; drive through Kinghorn and into Burntisland. With the links park on your left, turn right to face the church and take the second left into James Park. Turn left into James Park Lane and park in the first space; the property is in front of the parking area. From the Forth Road Bridge; take the 2nd exit and turn right at the roundabout onto the A921. Follow the signs for Aberdour & Burntisland. On entering Burntisland, keep to the left at the mini-roundabout and take the second right onto Cromwell Road. At the bottom turn left onto Kinghorn Road. With the links park on your right, turn left to face the church and take the second left into James Park. Turn left into James Park Lane and park in the first space; the property is in front of the parking area.

By Train:
Join the Edinburgh to Dundee line and depart the train at Burntisland station. Climb the steps to the carpark and turn right on leaving this. Take the immediate left onto Kirkgate and turn right at the bottom, onto the High Street. Continue until the links park is on your right and turn left to face the church. Take the second left into James Park. The property is near the top of this street, on the corner of where Ferguson Place meets James Park.
