Two bedrooms: one double and one king size or Child's twin beds (optional) with en-suite WC with hand basin. A luxury family bathroom with shower over bath, wash hand basin, WC, airing cupboard with storage.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with dining table and chairs plus all appliances, including: Dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator (with Ice box compartment), vacuum, iron and ironing board.
Spacious lounge with 2 sofa's, electric fire (with fire guard) and TV / DVD. Selection of DVDs, books and games provided for children.
Patio door opening on to an enclosed courtyard to rear with outdoor seating in summer (suitable for children to play in). A small entrance hallway with coat hanging rack.
