Hollyoaks is a timber lodge set in woodland on the farm. The lodge has a kitchen/sitting room, bathroom, and bedroom, sleeping 2 in a double bed. It is equipped and furnished in contemporary style, with the emphasis on natural wood and stainless steel.

A door leads from the kitchen onto west-facing decking where there are a table and chairs for outdoor eating in the summer.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine/tumble-dryer.

There is a free sat wide screen LCD television; also a DVD / CD recorder / player.

Heating is by electric convection and there is double-glazing throughout. There is a phone line that can be connected if required.

Parking is adjacent to the farmyard, from where there is an 80 metre walk up a track through the wood, to the lodge situated in a clearing.

Directions

Coming from Guildford on A25.
Turn right opposite Silent pool onto Sherbourne. After 1/4 mile turn left up New Road to Farley Green.
At village green turn left into Shophouse Lane, pass Kingsmead (cul-de-sac) on the left, then next turning left signposted Lockhurst Hatch, Ponds Lane and Row Lane.
Our drive is at the bottom of the hill on the right, about 1/3 mile down the lane.
