Wansley Barton Holiday Cottages with indoor heated swimming pool.
Come and stay on our historic organic farm, set in stunning Devon countryside. We have 3 well equipped cottages, each individually designed, with its own garden and sharing an indoor heated pool.
There are cottages to suit a variety of families or groups.

WANSLEY BARTON:
We offer the major wing of our lovely Grade Two Listed 17th Century Farmhouse with a wealth of period features and antiques which sleeps 6/7 in 3 bedrooms. 1 Twin, 1 Double, 1 Double with extra bed, all are en-suite.

Georgian drawing room, marble fireplace with wood burner. Hall with Jacobean staircase. Oak kitchen with slate floor.
Dining room with slate flag stones. Billiard room with full size snooker table. Dishwasher, use of washing machine in wash room.
TV/DVD, radio/CD/cassette. Cot and high chair available.
Full oil fired central heating. Separate garden
Shared use of swimming pool and barbeque courtyard.

We have 2 other cottages available:
MEADOW COTTAGE: a former great barn with period features, sleeps 9.

BRAMBLE COTTAGE: a former dairy with oak beams, sleeps 5.

Enjoy peace and quiet amongst our gardens, fields and woods. Get close to nature with our organic pastures, pure air and wealth of wildlife. Explore our woodland walk, relax beside our stocked fishing lake or meet our friendly farm animals and pets.

The children can try our play area with slide, seesaw, swings and trampoline or have a pony ride on Roxy, the Dartmoor pony.

We are ideally placed to reach the sea, from sandy beaches to rocky coves or old fishing harbors.

We are minutes away from the Tarka trail, ideal for walking or cycling.

There are a wealth of beautiful historic houses and gardens to visit nearby and numerous family attractions to try out.

We are situated between the Moors, making it easy to explore the depths of Dartmoor or Exmoor and the pretty villages that are scattered around the area.

Directions

M5 exit Junction 27 for Tiverton:
Take A361 to South Molton. At roundabout take B3227 to South Molton. Go through the town and Turn Left on B3227 to Umberleigh signposted to (Great) Torrington.
At Umberleigh Turn Left on A377. After 3 Miles Turn Right at Kingford. At the crossroads at the top of the hill Turn Left on the B3217 towards Roborough.
After approx a mile turn Right followed by 2nd Left Turn to Roborough. Go straight through the village, After 1 Mile go straight across a crossroads on a farm. Soon after at the top of the hill Turn Right to Wansley Barton.
