Kirkfield Gardens lodge houses, are unique purpose built holiday properties created with luxurious comfort and relaxation in mind, built to accommodate two people ( per lodge ) the lodges are set in private grounds in a delightful area of Lanarkshire.
The lodge design is unique with 24ft high ceilings, exposed beams and 160sq ft of covered outdoor deck; the internal finish is of the highest standard and includes underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchens, fabulous walk in showers and sumptous beds dressed with White Company linens.
A welcome basket for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own lodge is provided and includes, tea, coffee, locally made biscuits, jam,perfectly chilled wine, handmade butter fudge, cheese and oatcakes... sounds fantastic...it is.
Kirkfield Gardens is perfectly placed for travelling, or just chilling out, which could include simply enjoying the surroundings, walking the banks of the Clyde, visiting local areas of interest of which there are many, eating in some of the local restaurants(only 5min taxi ride away),to staying in and enjoying a warm cosy corner of your lodge, to read a book or watching some new or old movies from the selection available.

FROM THE SOUTH:
From the M74 junction10 follow the B7078 Coalburn until you come to the B7018 for Lanark. On reaching Brocketsbrae turn left onto Eastwood Road, continue on until Kirkfieldbank. At the T junction turn right towards Lanark, at the end of the village turn right at the telephone box onto Kirkfield Road, follow this road keeping right. As you drive on and up the hill, there is one grey rendered house on the left, opposite this house turn right, the next house you come to is Kirkfield Lodge, on your right. Turn in here and drive down the tree lined drive which faces you, you will find Kirkfield Gardens on the corner of this drive Getting There by Railway: There is a regular thirty minute train, travelling from Glasgow to Lanark, thereafter follow directions as FROM LANARK,(pick-up from the station is available). Getting there by Aeroplane: FROM GLASGOW AIRPORT,take the M8 towards Glasgow, then take the M74 signed for Carlisle, thereafter follow directions as above, approx journey time is 1 hour as well as from Edinburgh Airport. |
