The cottage is on one floor with split levels. The entrance hall leads into a large lounge with colour TV, Freeview, DVD and CD player.

A small set of steps then lead to the kitchen/dining room with stunning views over the garden and fields. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga oven, electric hob fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Another small set of steps takes you to the bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a glazed sunroom where you can sit and enjoy the views. There is full oil central heating throughout the property.

The gardens are a mixture of landscaped and natural areas and are filled with an abundance of trees, shrubs and plants offering a peaceful sanctuary to a wide variety of wildlife including badgers, otters, Red Kite and Buzzards.

The grounds slope down to a river flowing directly from the adjoining moorland, and offer peace and seclusion as well as an explorer's paradise.
