Outside there is a lovely patio area with a Hot Tub, table and chairs, sun- loungers and a BBQ all very peaceful and quiet.
The Cottage is in the heart of Leicestershire on a working farm 2 miles from the market town of Melton Mowbray, famous for it's pork pies and Stilton cheese.
Near by are Nottingham, Leicester, Belvoir Castle, Rutland Water, Stamford and many more.

Take the Leicester road (607) out of Melton after about 2 miles turn left for Great Dalby, or right if coming from Leicester then 200 yards and turn left then take the third right after half a mile take the left folk and the cottage is on the right as you enter the farm.
