Higher Holcombe Farm has 5 self-catering holiday cottages, set in a Courtyard setting nestled in a lush green valley within 50 acres. It is perfect for couples, family, friends or a combination of both.

This beautiful holiday accommodation is situated in Teignmouth Devon and is hidden away on a small Devon farm with magnificant views. All five cottages are superbly converted barns.

Courtyard Cottages:
Plum Tree Cottage; Pear Tree Cottage; Apple Tree Cottage.
Each cottage sleeps 4 and consists of a kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and microwave, a separate lounge and its own patio area. Upstairs one double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with over bath shower.

The Linhay:
Sleeps two, downstairs the lounge has a log-burner and patio doors to garden. A kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet. Stairs lead to a minstrel-style gallery bedroom, with a four poster bed. Ideal for romantic breaks/special occasions.

The Dairy:
A spacious cottage which sleeps 4 plus one child. Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with ensuite shower toom and doors to patio, a twin room with a small pull out bed. A second bathroom. The first floor has a lounge a private sundeck, with panoramic views over Holcombe Village and Lyme Bay. The kitchen/ciner has a gas hob, electric oven dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.

Higher Holcombe Farm Holiday Cottages were established in 1996 and have become a popular holiday destination for Teignmouth and the surrounding area.

Although the farm is hidden away in its own valley with the countryside around it, you are still within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Exeter and Torquay, the heart of the English Riviera.

The farm is home to many different species of wildlife. Sit and watch the House Martins and Swallows aerial displays above the cottages, or the family of Buzzards gracefully gliding overhead, the flash of the Sparrowhawk or Kestrels hovering over the fields.
