We offer cosy and comfortable accomadation which is regularly inspected by the Wales Tourist Board who are dedicated to quality. Hand made doors with wooden latches, and old beams, blend tastefully with well equipped kitchens, heating, and all the comforts of a modern home. In addition, many cottages have the magic of a woodburning stove.
The Cottages range in size and can sleep from two to six people in style. We do not go in for bunks or sofa beds; our beds are full size and will be made up for your arrival.
The gardens and grounds, which add so much to a holiday, are extensive. Beautiful views and secluded patios, sweeping lawns, the scent of flowers, and the sound of birds, bring guests back year after year.
You will find secret footpaths, ponds full of fish and enchanted corners. Ducks call at the door and the hens provide us all with free-range eggs. We also have our own resident barn owls.
The heated swimming pool is tucked away in a sun trap over looking the valley and the tennis court is championship size, all weather, and was formally opened by the First minister of Wales, Rhodri Morgan.
Our meadows are grazed by sheep and cattle and lambs in the spring time. There are two donkeys, Ceri and Sally, Clarissa the pig and the rabbits. The Lake in the valley attracts an assortment of wildlife; herons, geese, ducks and otters, and children are welcome to fish for tiddlers. Our Woods are home to a family of badgers.
