The Barn has been skilfully converted from a former barn. The interior blends traditional and contemporary styles to create an outstanding holiday home full of character and charm.
It is fully centrally heated with a large living room with a wood burning stove and oak floor with TV, DVD, radio and CD player.
The Barn is well equipped with a modern kitchen/dining room that includes microwave, dishwasher, double oven, fridge and freezer.
The utility room has a fully automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property has three double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms.
It includes a shower room, with WC.
Bathroom with WC shower attatchment and a shower cubicle.
The Barn has a delightful sun galleried room with a door to the courtyard.
The rear terraced garden is at first level with garden furniture, there are steps leading up to the Orchard.
There is a secure cycle store.
Duvets with linen and towels are provided and a travel cot and highchair are available.

Leave the M6 at junction 38 and follow the A6260 to Appleby. On entering Appleby pass the turning for Colby and on your right hand side notice a white house on the corner and The Barn is right next door. From the North: Leave the M6 at junction 40 and follow the A66 to Appleby when entering Appleby turn right over the bridge and continue up the hill follow the road down past the castle and you will see a white house on the corner and The Barn is just to the side of it. |
