Eagle Cottage is wheelchair friendly with ramps and extra wide doors throughout the ground floor. It has been awarded an English Tourist Board rating of 4 and accessibility rating of 2.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom with wc, ground floor bathroom (suitable for lateral transfer for wheelchair users).

The Modern kitchen (new 2014)with fridge/freezer, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (in annexe), spacious lounge diner with TV and video. The ground floor twin bedroom has two 5ft beds and wash basin.

Stairs lead to double bedroom with wash basin, and a single bedroom with wash basin; door to a large balcony for private sunbathing.

The hire charge is fully inclusive of electricity and heating.

Directions
The Norfolk Broads are located on the East Coast of England, 183KM (114 miles) North East of London. By Road from London: Journey time is approximately 2-3 hours. Exit the M25 London Orbital at Junction 27 and take the M11 North towards Cambridge. Exit the M11 at junction 9 and take the A11 North (East) towards Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. From here our local directions will apply. Local Directions: From the outer Norwich ringroad follow the signs towards Wroxham (A1151) to leave on the Sprowston Road. Follow the A1151 for approximately 8 miles, passing through Wroxham until 2 mini roundabouts. At the second mini roundabout take a right turn onto the A1062 signposted Potter Heigham, Horning, Ludham. Continue for approximately 2 miles. At the Horning crossroads, turn right into Horning Village Lower Street. The village is about 1 mile long, continue through the village, Ferry road is on the right hand side at the end of the village. If using Sat Nav do not use NR12 8PS use school Road Horning otherwise you may arrive the other side of the river.
