Madog's Wells is situated in eight acres of beautiful countryside with woodland walks all around, plenty of wildlife and is ideal for bird-watching, walking or touring Mid Wales. You can watch the birds from your breakfast table. Limited wifi available.

We have three cottages:

Swallow Cottage: 5 stars Sleeps 6 + cot.
This is a spacious 3 bedroom cottage built 2006 to our specifications, totally wheelchair accessible, comprises a large kitchen/dining area, lounge with Free Sat TV, and 3 bedrooms 1 superking and two twin-bedded rooms.

The shower-room has various angled support rails, a roll-in shower, bath, toilet, wash hand basin. There is a separate toilet with wash-hand basin. The kitchen is well equipped, ample cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, iron and ironing board. In addition it has a balcony with access from the lounge. All heating, bedding, linen, some towels, tea towels and utilities are included in the prices.
High Chair and cot are available on request.

Wrens Nest: 3 stars Sleeps 3
This compact cottage comprises a lounge-dining room and kitchenette, with fridge, Calor gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single shower-room with roll-in shower, w.c. wash-hand basin with wheelchair room under support rails and a towel trolley.
The lounge-dining room contains a sofa, easy chair, dining table and chairs, gas fire, Free-Sat TV and radio.

Blackbird Cottage: 4 stars Sleeps 6 + cot
This spacious cottage, built in 2001 to our specifications, has;
large kitchen/dining area,lounge

3 bedrooms -1 double and 2 twin shower-room containing roll-in shower, w.c. wash-hand basin with wheelchair room under, towel trolley and various angled support and drop down rails.
separate toilet with wash-hand basin.
oil-fired central heating throughout.

The lounge contains 2 settees, a Queen Anne style chair. Free-Sat TV stereo system.
The well-equipped kitchen contains; Calor gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster,washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, including a carver chair.

There is ample parking with patio tables and chairs outside each of the three bungalows. There is a children's play area, a games room which contains darts, pool and table tennis (parental supervision for under 12s please) and a basketball ring in the yard.
