This holiday home is well situated on the seafront and is a ground floor apartment containing all modern every day appliances, ideal for couples and small families.

The accommodation of 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is situated right on the South Wales coastal walk and path that stretches from Carmarthenshire to Pembrokeshire and enjoys some spectacular views.

The apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished and consists of open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. A private balcony overlooks the sea from the lounge and this has a patio table, folding chairs and umbrella, here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the South Wales coastline.
The bathroom has extra large bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. 0ne spacious double room and one twin bedroom with ample storage space. It also has two designated parking spaces.

The area has well maintained footpaths, cycle paths and gardens, there is a cafe and visitors centre at the beginning of the promenade.

The outside complex is well illuminated in the evenings, and is a very safe location for children and families. This is a great seafront location with donkey rides on the beach, a miniature train which travels along the coast to Burry Port / Pembrey and even has access to cycle hire.

You can access the beach within a few steps from the apartment. The town centre which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars is within walking distance, there is also a cinema / theatre, supermarkets and retail shops all centrally located.

This ideal holiday destination on the south west coastline is less than 1 hour from Cardiff international airport, and 3 hours from Paddington train station London.
Llanelli is easy to access from the M4 motorway ( junction 48 ).A regular train service to and from the towns railway station and a national bus service allows tourists to access the town. The large city of Swansea is just 20 minutes east of the town, with the beautiful former capital of wales, Carmarthen, 15 minutes to the west. Tenby, Saundersfoot and Pendine Beach are all, less than 1 hour from the town of Llanelli. Full detailed directions and map will be sent on completion of booking.
