Established over 50 years - bright, spacious well equipped one bedroom apartments for up to 6 people.

Situated in the heart of South Devon's English Riviera, conveniently located a short flat walk to Preston/Paignton beaches and shopping centres, Oldway Mansion and all local facilities, but in lovely quiet corner. Beach, family pubs and eateries, all facilities within 60 yards. Torquay 1 mile, Brixham/Dartmouth 6 miles. On the South West coast path, we are also a good base for exploring Devon, Cornwall and Dartmoor.

All apartments are regularly updated and have newly fitted kitchens with cooker, fridge and microwave, lounge with freeview TV with up to 90 channels of TV and radio, electric heating and shower room.

As members of the TSCA and the FSB the standard of accommodation is guaranteed by yearly inspections.

Private car park and garden, with 'Aussie' style BBQ.

Bed linen and holiday insurance are inclusive.

Cots and highchairs free by prior arrangement.

Collection available from train/coach station or Exeter airport.

Well behaved Pet by arrangement.

From the M5:
As the M5 ends this takes you straight onto the A38/A380, continue on this road to where the A380 and A38 separate. Take the left hand lane which becomes the A380 (signpost Torquay) and continue up Telegraph Hill.
Continue along the A380 for approx 9 miles until reaching the Pen Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot. Take the 2nd exit (straight across) on the roundabout signpost Torquay.
Stay on the A380, after approx another 3 miles you will reach the roundabout at Kerswell Gardens where you take the second exit (to the right) onto Hamelin Way (signpost Paignton, Brixham) and after approx 1 mile continue straight across the next roundabout at Gallowsgate onto Hellevoetsluis Way for another 1.5 miles to the next roundabout.
At this roundabout take the 1st exit left onto Preston Down Road. Continue down this road for a further 2 miles (the road bends and twists towards the bottom end several times); on reaching the traffic lights at Torquay Road go straight across onto the one way system at Seaway Road keeping to the left hand lane (signpost Sea Front).
Take the second turning on the right just before the railway bridge and sea front, into Morin Road; continue along Morin Road until you come to the crossroads at Manor Road, where you go straight across into Upper Morin Road.
Guy's Cliffe is situated approx 20 yards from the crossroads on the right hand side.
