This family owned campsite is situated close to the sea at Strath, the main crofting township in the historical parish of Gairloch. Fairly flat, level and of medium size we have an open outlook toward the Torridon Hills and Isle of Skye. We can accommodate up to fifty tents on the tent field at the rear of the site therefore booking is not usually necessary for tents unless in a large group

The park is perfectly situated as the touring center for Wester-Ross and area and is within 6 miles of the world famous Inverewe Gardens. Services on Park - Our park has the usual facilities: tourist information, resident wardens, hot showers, dishwashing area, laundrette (coin-op), electric hook-ups, elsan disposal point.

Local Services - Within the village of Strath and very convenient walking distance to the site the following amenities are to be found: butcher, grocers, doctors surgery, post office, fish & chips, baker, hardware store, garage, restaurants, hotels, various craft shops. Leisure and Pleasure: Excellent walking area, sports and leisure center, heritage museum, marine wildlife cruises, ventura sailing, pony trekking, pitch and putt, 9 hole golf course, sea angling, fresh water fishing, swimming pool, Inverewe Gardens, Rua Reidh Lighthouse.

Caravans for Hire - We have a small number of holiday caravans for hire, they are fully serviced with flush toilet, fridge, cooker, heating and lighting, colour TV. and shower; duvets and pillows provided. Please bring your own linen.
