Tudor Caravan Park is a quiet country site, and an AA 3 Pennant Graded Park.
Set in a picturesque location - a short walk away from the world famous Slimbridge Wetlands Centre, right alongside the Gloucester-Sharpness ship canal with the view of the Cotswold Hills in the background.
Right next door is the Tudor Arms pub and restaurant, opposite is Slimbridge Boat Station and Cafe where boats and bicycles can be hired.
Good fishing and easy cycling along the canal towpath.
Walkers can enjoy not only the canal but also the Severn Way which runs alongside the park or Cotswold Way 5 miles away.
Also ideally placed to watch the famous Severn Bore with many viewing spots close to the park.
We have gained the David Bellamy Conservation Award - Gold in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Plus the special David Bellamy 5 Year Commitment to Conservation Award (only awarded to 37 parks in the UK in 2004).
We are open All Year Round. Families, children, and well-behaved dogs are welcome at any time. We have a seperate 'Adults-Only' area. As from Autumn 2006 both the Old Orchard and Meadow are now open all year round.
The Meadow has electric hook-ups on both hardstandings and grass pitches and is now open all year round.
Suitable for all types of tourers and camping in tents. You have plenty of space and we keep a large open area in the centre of the meadow.
This area backs onto the canal and has lovely views over the fields towards the Cotswold Hills.
The Old Orchard area is an Adults Only area all year round. This is all hardstandings with electric hook-ups suitable for caravans, motorhomes, camper-vans, and RVs.
This area is quieter and more secluded as well as being close to the amenities.
As keen caravanners, we are sure you would enjoy a stay at our park. We aim for the standard of parks we would stay in ourselves.
