Use of covered pool and hot tub by arrangement.

Our guests enjoy the use of the drawing room with TV, music and in winter, an open fire.

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with one on the ground floor.

Enjoy our delicious breakfasts with eggs from the farm free range hens.

Dereham is the heart of Norfolk, an ideal tourist base, with excellent country pubs and restaurants. The coast is within easy reach and many National Trust properties nearby.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Same tariffs all year: Single occupancy from £45 per room per night including breakfast. Double from £65 per room per night including breakfast. Family Room from £85 per room per night including breakfast. Open all year.

The following directions should ensure your safe arrival: Swanton Morley is signposted off the A47 (avoid going to Dereham) Proceed until reaching the village. On entering the village turn right at the Doctors Surgery into Woodgate. Continue along, pass the road on your right ,pass the road on your left ( Woodgate Lane) travel further down the road and at sharp left hand bend turn right into Frogs Hall Lane ( this is an unmade road ) FOLLOW THE LANE FOR ½ A MILE and Frogs Hall Farm is located at the end on the right. PLEASE ENSURE WHEN USING SATELLITE NAVIGATION THAT YOU DRIVE TO THE END OF THE LANE. See map.
