    DIRECTIONS
You may have problems if you use Sat Nav after Conwy....so please follow my directions.

    From Conwy
Turn off the A55 expressway at the Conwy junction A546 / A547
Follow the signs into Conwy across the bridge. When you reach the mini roundabout, (Conwy castle on your left), turn left down the B5106 towards Trefriw.
Stay on this road for about 3.5 miles.
en you reach "The Groes Inn" pub , at the bottom of the hill on the right,..... turn right following signs to Rowen.
We are 1 mile down this road set back on the right next to the "Conwy Water Gardens" and "Dutch Pancake House".
Drive over the speed bumps and our white gates (usually open) are on the right.
Please park prettily on the small gravel car park to your left, or just under the big yew tree also on the left, past the statue of the boy and dolphin.
    From Betws-y-coed
Take the A470 out of Betws-y-coed towards Conwy. When you reach Tal-y-cafn turn left at the yellow pub. Go across the level crossing and turn right once you are over the bridge. This lane twist and turns a bit...when you get to the end, turn left and then first right....just at the end of the Groes Inn car park, follow the Rowen signs.
