    The beautiful and mystical Kilmartin Glen is full of history: standing stones, cairns and stone circles are all around. Dunchraigaig House sits in its midst, enjoying views of the Ballymeanoch Stones.

    The five comfortable rooms are fully en-suite and equipped with TVs, hairdryers and refreshment trays. Rooms are let on a bed and breakfast basis with dinner available by arrangement.

    The comfortable guest lounge, enjoys the view of the stones and the garden - a place to relax by the burn on a warm afternoon.

    There is ample parking and covered parking for cycles and motorbikes.

    The full Scottish Breakfast allows you to feast on traditional Scottish fare and Lynn's home baking.

    Lynn and Cameron will make sure you have a warm welcome, whether you are looking for a base to explore Kintyre and the Argyll coast or just stopping overnight on route

    Directions
    We are on the A816 about 7 miles north of Lochgilphead, opposite the Ballymeanoch Standing Stones
    From Glasgow:
    Head North along Loch Lomond (A82), then West towards Arrochar and Inverary following the A83 to Lochgilphead.
    At Lochgilphead take the A816 North towards Oban and Kilmartin. Dunchraigiag House is on the right about 7 miles after leaving Lochgilphead.
    From Oban:
    Head South on the A816 about 30 miles. Dunchraigiag House is on the left about a mile after passing throgh Kilmartin.
    By Public Transport:
    We are on the 423 bus route, which runs between Oban (serviced by a train station) and Ardrishaig.
    The buses run Monday to Saturday. Ask the driver for Dunchraigaig House - you will be dropped at the door. Pick up also from the door when you leave.
